These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SaundraMondragon.com (the “Site”) and any services booked through it, including Sessions, Guidance, and Rituals. By using this Site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

Services offered through this Site are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By requesting a session or engaging with any offering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Sessions, Guidance, and Rituals offered through this Site are spiritual and energy-work services. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice or treatment, and are not a substitute for any of these. Full detail on this is available in the Disclaimer.

1. Requests for sessions or more information are submitted through the Site’s intake form.
2. Submissions are reviewed individually. A response —including acceptance, scheduling options, and a payment link — is typically sent within 24 hours.
3. A session is confirmed once payment is received and a time is agreed upon.
4. I reserve the right to decline any request at my discretion, including but not limited to cases where I don’t feel I’m the right fit for what’s being asked.

Payment is due at the time of booking confirmation, through the payment link provided (PayPal Business invoicing, which accepts debit/credit cards and PayPal balance; Venmo and Cash App may also be available on request). The current rate for a Sun Session is $180, running approximately 45–60 minutes. Pricing is subject to change; the rate confirmed at time of booking is the rate that applies to that session.

Cancellation and refund terms are outlined in the separate Cancellation/Refund Policy, linked in the site footer. By booking, you agree to those terms as well as these.

Sessions are conducted long-distance, via text, chat app, voice call, or phone — not video. Specific format is coordinated directly after booking based on what’s agreed upon during scheduling.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, images, session descriptions, and original written material such as the site’s spell-prayer and brand language — is the property of Saundra Mondragon and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.

Energy work, mentorship, and ritual facilitation are not exact sciences, and outcomes vary from person to person. No specific result, transformation, or experience is guaranteed through any service offered here.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saundra Mondragon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this Site or participation in any service offered through it. Services are provided as described, and participation is voluntary.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Site or booking of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
