Cancellation / Refund Policy

This policy applies to all Sessions, Guidance/mentorship containers, and Rituals booked through saundramondragon.com.

All payments — for Sessions, Guidance/mentorship containers, custom jewelry, paintings, and any other offering — are final and non-refundable. This includes no-shows and last-minute cancellations.

If you need to reschedule a booked session, reach out at [email protected] or through the platform used to schedule your session, and we’ll find a new time that works.

On rare occasions, I may need to reschedule a session due to illness, emergency, or unforeseencircumstances. If this happens, you’ll be offered a new time at no additional cost.

If you’re facing a genuinely difficult or urgent situation, you’re welcome to reach out directly at [email protected] to explain your circumstances. Exceptions, if any, are considered case by case and at my discretion.
